Q: Is the Price I see what I pay.
A: Yes we are always comparing our prices to ensure you get the best products at the lowest prices.

Q: Can you help me select the correct size chair or bed.
A: Yes we have been fitting customers with the correct chairs & beds for over 20 years, our experienced advisors can give you professional advice to ensure you have comfort for many years to come.

Q: I have seen a recliner in my local store in a different cover, can you supply this.
A: Yes we offer the fully cover range that your local store offers. We only display a selection of covers on our site, but if you call us we will be pleased to arrange for you new chair to be made in any cover you desire.

Q: Can you make my chair in the material I have to match my existing furniture.
A: Yes we can. You will need to supply us with a current fire certificate & fibre content (your supplier should provide you with this).

Q: Are your prices displayed including VAT.
A: Yes manual recliners & sofas include VAT, rise & recline chairs & adjustable bed don’t include VAT as most customers qualify for vat exemption.

Q: Do I qualify for vat exemption.
A: If a Riser chair or Adjustable bed will help your illness or disability then you will not have to pay vat.

Q: Do I need to provide a medical certificate to get vat exemption.
A: No you simply need to complete the simple form online and submit it to us for our records.

Q: How long will I have to wait to get my recliner or bed.
A: We carry stock of our most popular Rise & Recline chairs which we can arrange delivery on the day of order. If your chair or bed is made in a none stock cover the this takes approximately 10 working days on all riser chairs & adjustable bed, manual recliners and sofas take 6-8 weeks.

Q: Will you advise me of my delivery.
A: Yes we can advise of an exact day and time window at time of ordering on stock products. If you chair or bed needs to be made then we will provide an approximate date and then contact you once its made to give you a exact delivery day & time.

Q: What if I have a problem with my recliner or bed.
A: In the highly unlikely event of a problem we have a network of national technicians who visit your home to resolve the problem, if the problem can’t be resolved we will replace your furniture Free.

Q: How will you use my personal details.
A: Your details are stored on a secure database and are protected by the Data Protection Act 1984. We only store your details to cover your guarantees etc, we never pass your details to third parties and have a strict policy in protecting your information to ensure its entirely confidential.
If you pay by credit or debit card your details are never stored, if you pay online your card details are processed by a regulated merchant service to protect you.
